AGENCY MANAGER

The agency manager is placed under the hierarchical authority of the Operations and Development Manager and/or the CEO.

Missions*

STAFF MANAGEMENT

  • Supervising the proper administrative functioning of the agency
  • Guaranteeing compliance with social standards (hiring, working conditions, working times, professional cards, etc.)
  • Participating in team recruitment
  • Host IRP (“Instances representatives du personnel”)

ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT

  • Ensuring the operational profitability of markets
  • Solving, on a daily basis, problems encountered by operations managers

COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

  • Establishing close relationships with customers
  • Guaranteeing service quality
  • Ensuring the agency’s commercial development
  • Writing service offers
  • Participating in presentations
  • Supervising staff resumption operations
  • Organising stock renewal (uniforms, materials…)

MANAGEMENT, CONSULTING & EXPERTISE

  • Being a creative force for the management and customers
  • Managing administrative and operational teams in accordance with the group values
  • Performing a regulatory watch
  • Advising customers on all the challenges of the “profession”
  • Being the privileged interlocutor for the support services of the group

Qualifications and diploma required

  • Command of the profession and social regulations
  • Team management and organisational skills
  • Natural authority, excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Good writing skills

Bachelor’s degree
